Q – What is a CD Clock?

A – Quite simply: a clock, made using a CD as the face.

A – It has 12cm (4.7 inches) in diameter and is the same size and a normal Compact Disc (CD)

A – Yes but you can also send any image of yoru own to us and we will put this onto a clock for you)

Q – What other options do you provide?

A1 – All clocks come with stands, so can be stood on a desk or mounted on a wall.

A2 – You can choose the colour of the hands, if not, we select the most appropriate

A3 – Why not add a message to the clock? We will do this for free

A4 – We can send the clock fully assembled, if you wish – please state your requirement with your payment

Q – How do i send a photo to you, for a personalised clock?

A – Simply buy one of our personalised clocks and then either email your photo or give us a web address for your image, as well as any text you want on your design and we’ll do the rest. Mention all details in the notes section of your payment. Please ensure that you have the right to use any image that you provide, for your clock. Also note that with personalised designs, there will be an additional delay of up to 3 days to allow us to make your clock specifically for you.

Q – How do I tell you what message I would like on my clock?

A – Just add a note with your payment and that way, we won’t miss it. Please note that with personalised designs, there will be an additional delay of up to 3 days to allow us to make your clock specifically for you.

Q – If I buy more than one clock, can I combine the orders?

A – Yes, any items bought within 30 days of each other can be combined. Simply buy all of the items you want and then pay for them together.

A – We provide you with a free clock template that you can use to base your designs on. Once you have this, you can use this with another image manipulation program, such as Microsoft Paint (included in Windows) or Adobe Photoshop, to make the design the way you want it.

Q – How can I create clock faces?

A – We provide you with a free clock template that you can use to base your designs on. Once you have this, you can use this with another image manipulation program, such as Microsoft Paint (included in Windows) or Adobe Photoshop, to make the design the way you want it.

Q – How can I print clock faces?

A – there are two ways to achieve this:

1 – You can buy a specific CD printer that allows you to print images directly on to the CD. This is not the most cost-effective solution but will give you professionally printed CDs.

2 – You could buy a piece of CD labelling software that allows you to print the CD faces onto special adhesive paper templates and then stick these directly onto the CDs.

Q – When will you send my item and how long does delivery normally take?

A – We ship items within 2 business days (often sooner),
so you should expect to receive the item within 2 working days in the
UK and between 6-10 internationally.

– I have not received my item, what should I do?

A – Contact
us, after the period above, using the contact details at the bottom of this page, to ensure we have received your payment and confirm your
shipping details. Please note that we do not ship items with a tracking reference, as this slows down the whole delivery process.

Returns & Refunds

– What is our refund policy?

A – We have a 30 Day No Quibble Money Back Guarantee policy. If you are unhappy with any of our products, for any reason, you are free to return the item, within 30 days, for a full refund, as long as the item is returned in the same state it was provided in and you have emailed our returns department. All you have to do is cover the cost of returning the item to us. This shows how confident we are in our products.

Q – How do I go about returning an item?

A – If there is a problem with your item, we may offer an exchange. If you have tried to resolve the issue you were having and have had no success, simply email our returns department (returns@cdclockit.com) and you wil be sent instructions on how to return your item.

Q – How long after returning an item, will I get a refund?

A – We normally process refunds within 5 working days of receiving and checking any returned items. Any enquiries regarding refunds should only be sent after this period.
